I dont think you understand what TA is.
TA is reading sentiment and attitudes by interpreting what people are doing rather than what they are saying.
It's entirely possible for you both to be correct. It rejected 40k because Amazon shut down rumors and now people think everyone is going to sell again.
This is why you cannot make macro analyses with TA in crypto; its so sensitive to news cycles that a bull or bear flag a month ago could be entirely irrelevant now.
