Haha why?
because it pisses me off. Doge was created as a meme and nothing more. It has an unlimited supply. It has no path for growth and serves no purpose other than being a digital coin. It is the beanie baby of crypto, yet for some stupid arse reason social media loves it and people like elon tweet about it and now we have more and more legit companies accepting it.
It pisses me off because you have legit payment tokens like XLM with succesful roadmaps, rollouts, etc getting passed by a god damn meme.
When we talk shite coin, DOGE is what we are describing.
With all that being said....frick this gay earth because I didnt buy any when it was less than a penny....so frick this!!!
btw with it being 4/20, would not be surprised if it hits a huge peak around 4:20 this afternoon. talking doge.

This is the only reason to be upset. Actually you sound a lot like some of the BTC haters, they’re just pissed they didn’t get in early. In the long run Doge is worthless and it will eventually be realized. If it brings new people into the crypto world that’s all that matters to me.

anything but.

that is my point.

but it really isnt. It will bring them in, it will crash and people are going to be pissed, and spread the word that crypto is a scam, ponzi scheme etc
the doge pump and dump is terrible for crypto in the long run.

Doge is going to be the excuse for Biden to regulate the crap out of crypto

All of you Doge haters sound just like all rose financial “experts” on the news warning people not to invest in it
God forbid people make a shite load of money off of this because it was started by a bunch of internet meme lords and the coin you invested in instead is “more legitimate”

has nothing to do with that, has to do with real world application.
but like i said, i dont beleive realyl in the shite coin term, if you can make money do it.

The point is to make money and doge has done that. Hell, I made good money swinging AT’s shite stocks. The key is to drop off the bags before the music stops and not fall in love with the trash shell company or meme shitcoin and end up the loser in the frenzy.
Some will, some won’t. And then we’ll move on to our next trading vessel to do it again.

coca cola raising prices and probably being removed from cpi as we speak.

Surprised yields have been in check with multiple companies saying price raises coming and lumber laying the wood
Posted it a while back but BTC has tracked in line with TNX more so than SPX or QQQ in my view

yea it has, not sure what to think of that quite yet.
it definitely seems to have "decoupled" from tech

I am so on the fence with doge, whether to embrace it or hate it. On one hand, if it becomes more accepted, it opens up other currencies for the same seed of acceptance, on the other hand it supply seems to be so vast as to allow for inflationary worries (much like fiat). Travala travel is a notable example where they don't seem to discriminate against certain currencies and accept 50 different Crypto's. They even have their own token (which I don't own).

yup the doge phenomena proves that there will be not be winner among the payment coins especially when services like bitpay exist
retail will be accepting of many different coins
so if dogeboi420 wants to use doge, good for him
although i'm not sure what retailer would want to hold doge long term when it inflates at 14 million new coins per day so they'll probably convert it into fiat right away

What if there was one that was fast and feeless?
Posted on 4/20/21 at 11:10 am to Douglas Quaid
I'm just not seeing why that's relevant when bitpay exists
you'd need to really sell the decentralized argument but the market doesn't seem to really care about that.. at least for now

yes I posted yesterday I think, and the analysts I follow believe, there is a very good possibility that we head down below 50 this week before finding support
How much of this is a self fulfilling prophecy though?

The only thing I can see relevant for payment coins like xrp is ibm adopting them to use for banks to implement a ledger for them to use for their processing systems.
Ibm currently has a product called financial transaction manager to process files that all the banks use to process checks/ach/etc and in the future will probably be replaced by something ibm provides

Replace the suit getting the stock tip over the phone with a millennial getting a crypto tip on twitter or reddit.

yea. true. xrp is so closely tied to the legacy financial system which is what I thought crypto was trying to avoid
anyway. doge day 4/20 seems to be quite a failure.
