it's a weird psychology because some of these people aren't even dumb. I think it's mostly a pos hoc rationalization because they didn't buy when they've had chances for years to do so
that or they have iota or xrp or nano or some other meme coin that they think will be worth millions someday lol
all ignoring that crypto potentially replaces the Pentagon, the thing that "backs" the usd and the trillions per year on jet fuel and bombs turning people into mush.

getting spicy
I’m telling people in my office that still laugh at crypto that there is going to be a day where they will finally have missed the last opportunity to get in on the big growth phase of this market.
One coworker still calls it equivalent to a lottery ticket. These people are going to wake up ten years from now upset about what could have been and not listening to all the voices that tried to explain that we are at the beginning of a paradigm shift in how we store value, how we store data, how we initiate and verify contracts...
I mean I get that change is scary, but the worst thing you could ever do is laugh at something without fully understanding it when that something has outpaced every other asset I can think of over the last decade.

Does anybody have an opinion on Tezos(XTZ)? I bought some a year ago and am trying to decide to hold, buy more, or use it to trade into something else?

I bought back into Tezos recently and am going to hold thru this summer at least. I like the rewards and I think its got at least one or two more pumps in the next several months

Crypto-doofus here. Quick question
It's probably been mentioned before, but this thread is massive. Does Doge have real potential to ever see a buck like Cuban said?
I know theres coins out there to take way more seriously, but I have a cousin that loaded up pretty solid in the .005 range who swears I still need to jump in
I just can't wrap my brain around a coin with infinite supply. I don't really care that I can buy Mavs tickets with them

Doge is the definition of a pump and dump shite coin
Posted on 3/8/21 at 1:25 pm to rocket31
My dad is similar - after 4 years of telling him about it, he finally started acquiring as a way to "stick it to the globalist central banks"

quote:Likely no but no one would have ever guessed that a known pump and dump coin with no circulation cap would be worth $10billion+. I guess if enough rich people pumped it hard enough it could get there but the crash after would be glorious

If they can get robinhood to sell their majority it could be possible according to musk. I'm sure musk can help do something with the code to burn or create a finite supply. Idk who knows.
