I haven't opened my wallet in two or three years and I've been scared to look.

I also saved the key by sending myself an email , so it may all be gone

I know I have under 1 btc for sure. But not sure how much

you sound like me. I hadnt checked in over a year and have lost atleast 4 wallets with a minimum of 1/2 a btc each.

hope you can get in. atleast you sent yourself an email with the key.

I dont think so. Its a wide spread outage on all kinds of things. crazy though it keeps happening.

I saw a link in a discord channel I am in, on the outage earlier that had a list.

yes maybe but these exchanges would obviously would have fractional reserve risk management protocols in place which would squeeze retail when reserves get low

seems like they are front-running trades and keeping retail at Bay

how else could we explain a widespread outage everywhere

I'm wondering if coinbase is running out of Bitcoin to sell, which would make sense

I was thinking that or they systematically glitch so that people can't all sell off at once or something. I'm only being halfway serious but Coinbase has been having some problems for me recently with withdrawals and now all of a sudden it won't even let me log in. Bittrex seemed to be working though.

yeah obviously just speculation but that's the only theory which makes sense right now

if true incredibly bullish

if true, not a good look for a company embarking on their IPO journey but even if it was true idk how anyone could prove it. I need to find a good alternative to Coinbase I just haven't gotten around to it.

I've been buying BTC on Robinhood, which I know isn't really owning actually coins. Is this a bad idea?

why would that not be a good ipo look?

if coinbase bitcoin reserves are running low or they are out of supply, there's likely some pretty stiff consequences of selling coins to retail without a match

I really do. It is a fun game...mainly for the crypto haters that talk out the side of their mouth while having never read a single article on the subject. However from time to time I'll quote some little jabs from bros in here
