NVTA-hold, sell, or buy more?

This has been the most frustrating stock in my portfolio. Those of you who own it, what are you looking for as far as confirmation that this is a good long term hold? Is this a stock that might be up 400% in one day, or would a price increase be more gradual where one could jump back in and not miss too much of the gains? I just struggle to not sell this and go buy more ROKU or SE.

Personally I'm holding. I dont even look at it honestly. In 3-5 years you'll be happy you did IMO.

I’ve only taken it for a ride from 45 to 55 a few times. Never seemed to break out past it.

It's my largest individual stock position. I don't pay attention to the day to day moves as I'm in for years on it.

sometimes the market acts as an oracle...allows you to see into the future. NVTA (and it’s stock price) is a look into the future
if anyone buying NVTA now is looking for 75-80 next week, and won’t be happy if it’s not there, they should sell it and move on

But let's say NVTA gets a huge breakthrough with their research... what do you see as the long term upside price target (like 3-5 years out)? $100? $200? $500?
