I don’t think you’re likely to find much more than this for now, but I’ll keep looking.
Earnings are 2/20 best I can tell.
2025 is still very much the hype phase. The call will matter more than the results.

quote:

In Q3 2024, Nebius posted an impressive revenue surge to $43.3 million, marking a 200% quarter-over-quarter increase. The AI infrastructure segment alone grew 300% QoQ and 650% YoY, showcasing strong service demand. At its current pace, Nebius is on track to achieve an annualized revenue run rate of $120 million, with projections indicating $750 million to $1 billion in revenue by 2025.

On January 22, 2025, Nebius expanded its generative AI capabilities by launching open-source text-to-image AI models through its Nebius AI Studio. This move strengthens its AI service offerings, positioning the company as a potential leader in next-gen AI solutions.

Coreweave is thought to be valued at 11.5x revenue.

So, 11.5bn or roughly $50/share.
Most of the seeking alpha articles come in around this number using similar metrics and comparisons.
Mind you, this doesn’t include Avride at all , which NBIS owns.

That’s a bull case comparison to Coreweave.
A totally reasonable valuation, which projects minimal AI business revenue is $47.70/share.

December of 2022, 26 months ago, Palantir was valued at 13 billion. Today, they are 224 billion.

Yes, Nebius can become a 50 billion dollar company.

$35 per share translates to an 8bn market cap (roughly).

50bn/8bn = 6.25
6.25 x $35 = $218.75

6x , if no more shares are issued

It’s an extreme bull case, but anything is possible.

Oklo traded for $5 at the start of football season and now it’s $48. Different sectors, but still

Another way to look at it, if you know the total share count:

50,000,000,000/235,460,000=212.35

So $212 is more accurate.
This is why stock holders hate secondary offerings/dilution.
You add to the middle number and the price per share decreases.

Edit: which is exactly the point that jefforize just made (if no more shares are issued).

Oh damn.
That’s ok. It’s all about hype this year.
Look at the number of eyes on this stock. It’s much higher than in early January.

It is believed that Avride represents about 3 bn of the current market cap. No idea what the future holds.
Partnered with Uber and Grubhub already. Looks promising.

I posted this a few days ago ago. See Avride, 3.4bn:

That’s kind of the point. So little of this stuff is priced in at 7-8 billion market cap. If just the Core AI Business guides for 750 million this year, then that business alone should be worth 750,000,000x11.5=8,625,000,000
8.625 bn right now.
As others have stated, you’re getting Avride for free when NBIS trades under $37/share.

Edit: The 11.5 number comes from its peer, CoreWeave, which is valued at 11.5x revenue.

Believe it or not, this was where it all began. I found NBIS on accident when trying to read about SOUN.
