Merrill Lynch Brokerage Account

Anyone have one of these? I got some share of stock last year as part of my bonus and a third of them are now vested and I want to sell them. I've been playing around on the site and can't figure it out.

In the message center I need to

"Our records indicate that one or more of your grants have Vested, yet you did not make an election for the payment of taxes due. Failure to make an election has resulted in the withholding of shares to satisfy your tax obligation. Please ..."

Where the hell do I go to make an election for the payment of taxes due?

I was vested last Friday, but I haven't been able to find where the hell I go to satisfy this tax obligation.
