Since Washington and Colorado now legalized marijuana is it a good idea to invest in these stocks? What stocks do you guys reccomend?

Growing and selling marijuana are still crimes per the federal government. The Internal Revenue Code specifically prohibits deductions for expenses incurred in criminal enterprises. So any company engaged in growing and/or selling marijuana will have to pay income tax on its gross sales. Are you sure you want to invest in an activity that pays 35% of gross revenues to the IRS before it pays any of its operating expenses?

Are you sure you want to invest in a company run by potheads, no matter what the tax structure is?
