Louisiana Solar Energy Credit

Does anyone know if someone can claim both a personal and a business tax credit (partnership with husband and wife as only two partners)in the same year. The personal credit would be for their home and the other one for a rental property.
The regulations are confusing. Thanks in advance!

As long as the rental propery is a single family home, that would be allowed. It's one credit per house.
