Looking for steady qualified dividends

I am getting about 5% ROI on t-bills in retirement accounts, but want something of similar returns in the form of qualified dividends for tax purposes for my regular brokerage. I know such securities won't be as safe as t-bills, but looking for something relatively low risk. Any recs?
