a couple things jumped out at me. your bills are super high if that # doesn't include the car notes.
sales is the most transferable skill there is. i would be looking for something better if i were you. since you're business to business, you should have a good book of contacts. use it. promote yourself.
your wife does not need 12 to 14 weeks off from work. take 4-6 and go back to work. you honestly cannot afford it until you have a job that provides health care. it sucks, but 6 weeks is pretty standard for maternity leave. hell i was working from the hospital when my children were born

Props to you for recognizing this now and acting on it. Dave Ramsey would be a good place to start.
The easiest way for most people to cut spending is on food. No more eating out. Buy chicken in bulk or on sale and freeze, “splurge” on pork instead of beef, get GreatValue items at Walmart. Most GV stuff is actually good.
Dave Ramsey says “beans and rice, rice and beans”. You obviously can’t sustain that, but eat Ramen at least one night a week. Get the 60 count of eggs from Walmart, it’s good for 5 weeks. Eat eggs every other day, it’s a cheap healthy option. Scrambled, Fried, Egg Salad, on Ramen, boiled on a salad. Just giving you some options.
All of this is easier said than done and takes discipline, but something you can start today.
Last thing: for your physiological wellbeing, when you make a big sale, you should celebrate that and reward yourself. Go out to eat, go see a movie, whatever. Just keep it reasonable.

Shoot. We had 4 kids.
If you use formula, sign up at all the grocery stores and you will get coupons for anything baby related.
We mixed Enfamil and Similac together.
It allowed us to double the coupon usage (versus picking one and using one. Or picking one and trying to switch later but the baby has developed a preference).
I agree for sams/costco bulk. Good quality and value at the same time.

I think the elephant in the room is that we have a household with $120k gross, along with sweet government benefits, that is scared shitless of how they can have two kids.
OP, it's all going to work out fine. You'll find a way.
