It's supposed to be listed Monday 7/20. It's been labeled as FGMC spac for about a year. A friend of mine invested about 5 years ago when they were soliciting seed money or whatever you'd call it. He bought at 500$ per unit about 10 shares but of course it's gonna split and he'll have 5000 worth. Also something about he has to hold 18 months. All those people he invested with are real excited this is finally getting listed b/c the last couple years they've wondered if it was a scam. What do ya'll think about the concept of tiny 150k houses ?

Great idea but their prices seem a little high when you can buy a 2bd mobile home for about half the price of their studio.

I think these are marketed to a specific group. With regulations changing on homes built like these and aging parents hitting hard, these could be backyard MIL suites. Folks need housing fast.
ETA: cheaper than retirement center?

Another spac forcing retail to hold bags for insiders.
A lot of competition adjust in this space many homes are pre produced and shipped in sections. Their supposed advantage is shipping, doubt that's significant.
I would wait until insiders finishing dumping their shares if you believe in the business
