is Charles swab having a glitch today? (update in original post)

was up last night for the day but just now says down over 1%
Update:
Called today, dec 16th, and they still couldn't help me. I was able to place a ticket to have them look into it. The guy did say the are having trouble with vididend showing properly currently so could be that
Update 2: Swab had PANW stock around 400 for awhile now. Just notice yahoo and swab has them around 200 now. I think that was the corporate of my situation
Last update: PANW stock split wasn't accounted for in account. But today they put the money back in my account guessing a glitch from PANW split. Radio silence from them though

There could be some after market trading BS that is affecting your balance. This can happen more frequently if you have stocks that trade on relatively low volume with wide spreads.

Nope not it since the account isn’t updated in off trading hours. Called swab and they have no idea. Told me to call back on Monday and they will be able to help more since it was a Saturday

I do. But a very small amount. I think I have 160 total in realized gains this year. I mainly buy and hold

That's what he said today initially until I pointed out that was was after opening today and the account summary balance showed a loss of 0.8% and my positions had gained 0.5% since the close Friday and then he moved on from that

I just mostly care about it so I doesn't happened again without me understanding why. It's so small I'll make it up within the week but I need to know why or my mind won't let me stop analyzing what happened. I know most likely it's a glitch and the guy today implied that by saying wait a couple days and it should be fixed but I started a work ticket anyways to understand what is going on. Now if they just said we are glitching and it will be fixed and they apologize no big deal. But the guy didn't want to start a ticket and seemed annoyed when I said I want to start one anyways.
