I won't suggest any particular company but what's happening in the deep water ultra deep water rig companies is pretty compelling. Most of the heavy hitters (transoceanic, noble, seadrill etc) are all experiencing around 10-15 percent drops to their stock prices due to current tightening of what they can charge for day rates and other measures of tightening. I think this will be a short term problem which in term looks intriguing for investors looking for opportunities in this sector.

Noble is spinning off allot of their older useless assets off into a separate company in 2014 with the intention of raising what's lefts value.
