I appreciate the information you have provided. It is important to properly filter any financial information provided. It seems your buddy is on to something.
It seemed kinda obvious that when QE2 ended, the market would drop just like it did when QE1 ended.
The down grading of the US debt was on a few radars, but "consensus" was that a downgrade would not happen.
Thanks for the information. If you feel like sharing any areas or stocks your buddy decides thinks will do well in the future, I'd like to hear about it.

I don't think it is. I literally re-read the entire thread just now, and aside from a few posts, it seemed like most people went along with you because you were straight up. You said from the get go you didn't know what you were talking about, just passing along information. While thats obviously shifty on the surface, its infinitely better than some of the other jokers that come on here nowadays. Can't argue with the facts on the table.
Thanks. If I wanted to be a forum superstar I would have just pretended that I came up with all this info on my own, and never even mentioned my buddy.
He does not even know anything about this thread.
He probably does not even know anything about Tigerdroppings.
I could have easily got away with saying that I got all this info on my own.
But that was not the point of the thread.
Just wanted to talk as many people as I could into getting out of equities.
This guy is not a perma-bear like so many others.
He is very balanced.
He will be back long again when the time is right.
And I cant wait till that happens because I hate being short.
Its un-natural to me.
