Medical properties trust
I cut my losses early and there was a thread, but I saw it is down again and wondered if everyone exited.
I’m still out so it could zoom.
Looks like a dog with flees to me as a business so I don’t plan to re-enter

I am in due to the advice of this board.
But I just put my toes in with $100. down 50%. Gonna let it roll till bankruptcy or to the moon.

Everything about MPW seems off. My impression was they were so concerned about the optics of having empty properties after the Steward bankruptcy that they offered unsustainable lease incentives to say they filled the vacancies and kicked the can down the road.
I’ll be shocked if they still pay any dividend in two quarters.
