How to find a lawyer who specializes in leases

I am hoping someone could advise me on the best steps to find an attorney in the Lafayette area who specializes in commercial rental property leases. I own a commercial piece of property that is tied up in a long term lease. I need to find a competent, aggressive attorney to review the lease for any potential loopholes as well as advise on eviction proceedings(non-payment) and breaking the lease.
I have looked online and found several attorneys who list leases as one of their specialties but that could be anything from oil leases to land leases. Any advice on where to look for someone specializing in Commercial leases in the Lafayette area would really be appreciated.

Ask around for a real estate litigator. I'd search for decent size firms in town with a real estate transaction and commercial litigation practice. The person so well versed to find exploitable lease language may not be the same person you'd want litigating it.

Thank you for your advice, this is a new, unpleasant situation for me and my family and I really don't know where to begin.
