How much did the property tax digest increase in your county?

Don't know about other states, but here in Georgia it's being repeated over and over. The new property tax digests are way higher than the old one, and the podurnk City Councils or county commissions have to decide whether to take in all the new money, or roll back the millage rate.

The millage "rates" went down or property taxes went down? There is a huge difference.
