You and some coworkers could try to strong-arm your company into a higher company match. We’re currently in a rare situation in which employees actually do have some leverage.
May not shave years off retirement, but surely they can afford to double that 3% match.

The kids will eat you alive if you go private school K-12 followed by private college.
Looks like you are rolling. Keep saving for the future.
