I used a company called Figure. It's all AI and you don't need an in home appraisal. The AI just gets all the equity, comparable property values (from Zillow, etc) and we had our money in about a week.

What is big difference in Home equity vs Line of credit? Does Line of Credit give better interest rates? Also doesn't Line of credit give you a limit so you can borrow what you need and not one lump sum? Which was would you recommend?
