I don't recall anyone realistically expecting the moon on Friday, however I do remember expecting Friday to be a volatile day of trading for AMC which it was.

Except for resident pumper greygoose, who thinks that this stock is in eternal short squeeze mode.

Quadruple witching day is the 19th. That's the day to wait for. I truly believe a lot of new millionaires will be minted that day.

On that transformational mythical day the stock opened at $14.14 and closed at $13.93.

@rocket31, is your life that miserable where posting negative comments sheds light on your otherwise dark existence?

He's doing God's work, helping people who may otherwise be influenced by a lot of the pumper/misguided/flat out stupid claims in this thread and lose their money.

If I'm being honest, I would have appreciated a few more naysayers in the WKHS thread...if there were I might not be sitting on 60% losses there

Should we comment how stupid you are every time one of yours doesn't perform well? Is that how this is supposed to work? Count me out.

I wasn't saying you or anyone else is stupid, I was saying the claims being made in this thread were ridiculous.

Others have simply been correcting inaccurate information. So if it's that, I'd absolutely welcome it in my portfolio threads. For example, greygoose claiming that 450 million shares were short is ridiculous, wrong, and completely misleading.

To use an example relevant to me...on RIDE, AT was pumping based on the order volume in the pipeline, months before production started. If someone would have come in and noted that those were non-binding letters of interest and in no way actual orders, I would have welcomed that clarification.

if the goal is to make money, we should call everyone out for stupidity.

You have been more wrong about AMC than you have been right. The stock is still performing well overall. It surely has had some downswings, but that's natural.

AMC has made money for a lot of people, despite experts advising against it. You just have to be calculated with your stupidity.

Not sure I agree with that, but I will say I was surprised it ran up to around $14, and said multiple times that I hoped that those who were in it had taken some profits. Because the fundamentals and news did not support it...assuming they matter in some small way, which they may not here. And if they don't matter, I'd point to my previous posts where I said "pump and hold" is a terrible investing strategy.
