Which capital one savings account is paying 3.85%?
None except maybe a 360 CD.

I think I'm done with Capital One.
Same experience here. I called customer service and complained about the hassle inquired if they could ensure if I switch to this new product that they wouldn't do the same in a few months...they didn't care.
So I pulled all of my money out and into AmEx.

Basically the same for me, but I had a great interest drawing checking account with no fees, free ATM use with debit cards (to other banks), and free checks. They forced me to switch to a checking with hardly any interest and none of the extras.
Also used Capital One to buy two different houses. Both times they swore they would not sell the loan and it was sold in less than two weeks both times.
I'm ready to go somewhere else.

I ended up moving money from our Regions savings account to our Fidelity brokerage account. Regions was paying virtually nothing and the Fidelity money market 7-day yield is around 3.8%.
