Got a spare $95 million.......or $45 million?

House No.1:
$95 mil only or $505,630 per month

If you can't afford the one above, you can always get this. The monthly payments are less than half:

House No.2:
$45 million only or $239,509 per month

The bottom one is vaguely familiar to me for some reason. Might be a professional athletes former pad or something.

I thought the same thing. I think it might be Evander Holyfield's house. not sure though. I know he was from Atlanta

My yearly salary would likely not cover the maintenance on those places for a month.

Evander lives in Fairburn, Ga which is south of Atlanta. cumming is up north. That house belongs to a guy named Hubert Humphrey. He owns a company called World Leadership Group (some people say its a big scam).

The movie theater was designed to be a replica of the Fox Theater in Altanta.
