Gatehub headach

Signed up at gatehub yesterday. No issues!
Wallet is disabled because wallet is empty. No problem!
Got btc wallet address an sent bitcoin to wallet from coinbase. No problem!
Sleep. Wake up no btc in wallet!!!!
Pissed. Transaction complete it says at coinbase. Really pissed!
Eventually I check email and btc isnt there because of some trust issue! Activate from link in email! It ask for a password. Guess that it is my gatehub password. Says it is accepted.
Wait two hours and it still doesn't show up!!! Pissed
What am I doing wrong?
Add contacts in gatehub has bitcoin listed as an option. Is this something I need to add???
