Ban is on non-essential travel. No chemical plants here shut down. All essential. I would consider domestic lithium production essential.

I would imagine one is coming, maybe to help them get to 40% or to help finance the commercial plants.

I think they're good. They can use revenue from initial production to pay for Tetra project. I doubt they want to dilute their own ownership anymore. The one in December was necessitated by COVID. Once JV done, Lanxess will pay 100% for expansion of Lanxess project. Wouldn't be shocked to see share buy back at some point once they get money rolling in, but that may be well down the line if at all.

I think the Germans have a gag order in effect regarding stl. Don’t want to get anyone in trouble.

They do. Have to be very careful about what you say. Of course, it could've been an outside contractor letting something slip and not a Lanxess/STLHF employee. It has been emphasized to the STLHF employees not to do or say anything that could even remotely be taken as insider trading. It has been a remarkably tight ship. They do not want or need any appearance of impropriety as they try to uplist to NASDAQ.
