Is it possible to buy if you are within the USA while the lawsuit is going on? If so, where and how?
Sorry this was not in the Crypto threat but that thing is huge and I actually looked for a good while and couldnt find the information I was looking for.

You can transfer XRP out of uphold to your preferred wallet, but uphold does not support the transferring out of certain cryptos, so be aware of that. I find that a bit odd.

I have not not used them before, so I am gonna have to do some more research on them.
I just tried KuCoin because I had an account from a while back and no go there either.

I am not a big fan of uphold. If you do sign up they make sure to share your information with ALL of their affiliates. I started to use them because the Brave Browser awards BAT for advertisements. I am not so convinced that the arrangement was the best for me and put the extra emails from their partners to spam email. There are way better exchanges. KuCoin is a better option, especially since you already have an account.
