What's the strategy here? I'm thinking maybe closing out everything and take advantage of the ride back up?? I definitely realized I was WAAAAYYYY over extended.

Waiting probably won’t kill you. Trying to time it could possibly burn you. This is supposed to be passive so I’ll let it be passive and sort itself out lol

You could do that. I'm just going to wait until the market comes back. The DCA should give good profits.

Yeah, this is definitely what I should do. I love these bots because they take the emotion out of it, if I close all the deals now and reenter it's basically the same thing as not having bots. Just sucks having no action due to no funds.

I had some funds already sidelined in Coinbase (not Coinbase pro) that I ported over to at least take some advantage of the dip. Could be a move instead of selling what you have. Let the bots eat up on some extra fuel

I realize that's how it's supposed to work, but got too greedy and over extended and now my bots are all starving and I have $5k sitting there waiting for a rebound and it's getting further and further behind. I'll definitely be running fewer bots in the future, this whole thing falls apart if you can't handle an all too common 10-15% dip.

Good point, but still sucks waiting on the rebound. I've closed one deal since the dip, which was a good one, IOTX was $400+ deep and closed. I had it set to not auto buy even though it has been my best bot, just don't trust it right now.

$319 today. Lots of safety orders being put in atm. I think we will rebound quickly. With bitcoin making new all time highs every couple of days, I'd say momentum is on our side.
Hopefully some of you that are out of funds right now will be patient and let the bots do its thing. Pullbacks are what makes these bots really shine. Usually, I will have my most profitable days after days like today.

I was having a great day today for me, up $80, and then the dip. I'm going to wait it out, but have put the majority of my bots in manual so they won't auto buy, have my most reliable ones still set to keep rolling once I get some capital back. And I agree, I think this will be a short lived dip, but I definitely realized I was over extended and need to slow it down a tad until I can build up some more capital to handle these "small" dips. Still love the idea of bots and think that I'm going to end up more heavily invested in them.

I started with 5k, and added another 10k once I saw that it worked. I then made the decision to sell some of my crypto assets to fully fund it. So basically had about 70k initially, and over 3 months it has grown 106k as of today.
Ultimately, when my bots can be fully funded, I will will take the initial investment out, and let the rest ride.
I've always been a HODLer of my crypto waiting on that ride to the moon, but I can't guarantee that that will happen. I know that these bots will pay me in cash every day. Some days, better than others. Ultimately, I want to average $500 a day. Right now I think it can easily be done, at the rate I'm going.
I know most wont have that much money to start, but I believe this is the safest way to play this market. Your money will build over time. Again, I have not lost 1 penny since I've started this. I don't sell for loses or try to get to greedy. I set my bots as safe as they need to be considering the market we are in.

$438 today. Which includes $30 in losses from earlier today on 4 bots that had been “stuck” since 11/6 and just keeping my funds stuck.
