I have started a PLLC in Louisiana and I am paid as an independent contractor for all of my income. Should I file as an LLC or S-Corp? I know I can save on payroll with identifying a percentage of incoming money as dividends, however I am primarily a service, no goods. Who are the most qualified to discuss this, CPA or tax attorney?

If you are located somewhere near Covington, I may.

You should seek both legal and tax advice. Legal advice for issues of asset protection and how you exit the business. Tax advice to integrate the legal advice into a coherent financial plan for the business and you as an individual.
