Any opinions out there on this company?

I, like many of you am always looking for a value play and this one has come on to my radar recently.

Household name, profitable company. The stock has been trending downwards for 5 years. ($121 current share price)

Morningstar fair value: $177

18 P/E ratio, 3.97% dividend yield. It's currently trading close to its 52 week low which was $117.. the 5 year low is $112. The 10 year low is $106.

Potential bottom level territory.

I’ve owned it for decades.

I like the company and the product but as an investment, CLX is a pure defensive play. It’s a ballast stock if you will. When the market sells off, CLX should go up.

It isn’t something to buy if you’re looking for a classic growth stock.

I tried swing trading them during COVID when everyone was disinfecting the entire plant.

Didn't pan out.
