CIM investors: Time to sell??

It's on fire since May.
This is a stock that hung out around 17-19 with a 10.5% dividend for a couple of years.

Now it's knocking on $23...

I personally am not selling, but I'm certainly not adding at these levels. My last add was $19.03

I bought it for the div. as long as that remains I’m not looking to sell. Great to see the increase though. I have no clue if it will go in either direction from here.

That 10.5% yield is now just 8.7%

I wouldn't even know what new support levels are, but I guess I'd make another purchase around 20.50

Personally on these Reits I like to watch the P/B ratio. There are individual tendencies of course but as a rule I've found they don't spend much time below .7 and around 1.3 is getting really toppy. CIM is currently at 1.08. I owned it years ago but not lately. Good luck trading to all.

I wouldn’t think so. Buy more on the next dip! You can rack up a lot of “free” shares on this one, and they should continually appreciate.
