Charles Schwab portfolio question

If I sell some stocks I have had a few years, then look at my portfolio performance page compared to the DJI , S&P, NasDaq, Russell 2000, does it subtract the sell out away from the comparison, and thus making my comparisons to them look lower?
It seems like at any given time I'm beating 1 or 2 and some days all of them but after selling some stocks that have shot up, my comparison to them seems to have gone down

Your question is quote confusing... I think the answer is no. Most platforms will compare your current holdings against those benchmark indexes.
What you are finding is that, like 99% of everyone else trading individual stocks you will almost always under perform the indexes.
