The worst thing is that they only showed the base MSRP online and that is what I was expecting to see, not some bloated price with extra stuff we didn't want.

I don't understand it either. Just buy the old highlander body used and you have the same thing for less - and will run just as long.

I cannot blame the dealership. Today's customers are not loyal. A dealership could go out of their way making a customer happy, and, three years later, that same customer will buy from the biggest competitor to save $12.

Eh sorry, getting my Volvo and infiniti models mixed. I actually meant the Ininiti QX70. The QX60 looks too minivanish for me.
