Can't remember the name of an elite status card (Solved)

This was a single card/membership that cost like $350-600 a year and automatically granted you elite status in a ton of corporate membership programs.
I am doing a terrible job of googling (or the shitty new algo isn't helping) and can't find it. Can anyone help out?

Are you thinking of FoundersCard?

What does $600 buy you?
By-pass earning elite status in the corporate membership programs?
Why would corporate membership programs allow their programs to be diluted?
Or am I missing the point?

Might be getting paid a certain amount by the credit card issuer.
That either steers customers to them or they get paid for a customer who doesn't buy anything.

Yes. I think that's it. If not, it's good enough (this is a potential gift).
