If you maintain the grass on it they shouldn’t need to come on unless there is a problem with the line. That said they can send contractors at anytime to cut trees etc and will cut your locks if you have it gated. Also can’t build anything within the servitude. If this is a hunting property it could be a benefit. Also there are steep fines involved if you damage or remove those markers.
