Anyone invested in BSAQ or watching it right now? Vietnam's Vinfast cars are coming to North America and they just announced one of the largest SPAC mergers in history a few weeks ago with BSAQ. The company is opening a new manufacturing center in North Carolina and 50k EV cars will start hitting the US market next year. They start arriving in Canada next month at price points that are really affordable. Just interested in whether anyone's opinion

looks like a nice car. Wonder if they are going to have the production ramp up problems Tesla experienced and Rivian is experiencing right now.

From a non-investment standpoint, their vehicles do look good and their battery leasing program is intriguing, depending on the terms. I wouldn't consider buying one at this point. Not without a lot more info about their reliability, serviceability, etc.

It sounds like they are experiencing those problems right now with a recall of almost 1000 cars they just delivered because of software issues.

Tesla had the same thing happen a few months back with like 1,000,000 cars in china. It was a "recall", but it was really just a software patch that fixed the problem.
