Bread Savings Bank offering 3.5 for 2 yr cd- can I trust?

Bread Savings use to be Comenity Bank. It is highly rated by bankrate.com.
3.5 is the highest on market for a 2 yr cd.
Can I trust it?

Look into I-bonds as well. Paying a lot more than that right now, with only a 1 year commitment.

Saw a 2 year CD at 3.2% over the weekend. With the anticipated additional 75 bps raise by the Fed coming in Sep….I’d say so. But, that works both ways. Higher loan rates too.

Straight savings account rates are climbing to 2% right now, and will climb with raising rates and competition to keep balances. Haven’t seen this in 10 years.
