Best local BR area bank for a construction loan?

Any of the local BR area banks have good deals? I'm not selling my current house until after the new one is completed so I'd like to get a construction loan with a high loan to value ratio. I have a lot of equity in my new house that I can use for my permanent financing. The last construction loan I had (10-ish years ago) was for 95%. The high LTV may be a thing of the past but it would make my wallet feel better if I could go 90% or higher on the construction loan.

Whitney was great to work with. I talked to a lot of the local credit unions also. Best thing about them is the agent(or whatever they're called) seemed very knowledgeable.

Any good deals or people to speak with if I am looking to do a renovation on the existing house/lot?

I'm currently taking to GMFS, BancorpSouth, and Assurance Financial. All have been great.
