Well for one starters it is not insured and completely unregulated.

So yeah there is pretty big gap between FDIC insured savings account and high yield usdc interest bearing accounts.

Hell in this thread alone...

Blockfi has been shut down accepting money in the USA on interest bearing accounts.

Celsius CFO was recently arrested for money laundering.

The point I was making that you don't keep savings like your emergency fund except in accounts where you absolutely can't lose the money

May want to look into Fundrise or a similar crowdfunding or syndicate real estate platform .. i got a 23% return on my investment in 2021.. downside is that it isnt for short term investing , more for long term, and you have to pay a small penalty if you want to take ur money out unless you do it one of the four times per yr they let you do it penalty free.. maybe not for everyone, but works for me .
