MNDO and GILT are two Israeli companies I like for dividends. MNDO pays 8% once a year every April. Not volatile though GILT had an unusual run up before settling down to normal a few months back. ET is also great for payments though it’s doubled since I bought it.

The real problem with MLPs is the recapture on sale in a taxable account although the distributions would likely be untaxed annually until you sell. Better off with ENB and not have the MLP challenge. Still have the industry challenge with O&G and its future.
