I'm not really sure - I started watching closely in early April at ~$32 hoping it would drop below $30, but it proceeded to soar to $48-49, and has barely dipped below $36 since.
As I saw discussed somewhere (probably one of the illustrious minds here), there doesn't seem to be much potential for future revenue streams (12-18 months). There are only so many available dates at arenas, and it seems that most events in the spring have been "postponed" to the fall eliminating most of that availability.

Spirit Airlines and Tanger Outlets. Two down 70% but will be back up when normal life returns.

Spirit and Tanger both up about 30% in last 2 days. It’s a stock pickers market guys. You may never see a market this loaded with discounts again. Any new ideas????

NLY and CIM have not popped like other beat down stocks in other industries... tempted to rotate more into those.
