Has anyone else recently took on a position with BBIG. For those who dont know, they recently merged with Zash and together own 80% of Lomotif. Also recently announced that stock owners will receive free stock of their spinoff company (emmersive I believe). Current price is only mid 3s with a 200 million mc... recent valuation of Lomotif was 5 billion

Isn't there a question/concern with how much of the percentage BBIG will get vs the amount that ZASH will hold? Not sure just thought I remembered seeing it while browsing.

It came out in their filling last week that bbig will get 50% of the 80% that zash is acquiring.... so essentially 2 billion of the 5 billion valuation. They also said no additional dilution at this time. Seems very low risk high reward. One site even had a tp of $20

I have some. This all hinges on the $5B valuation being legit. But I think it’s a good risk reward at this point

Bump. Vinco filed a notice of effectiveness today... have a hunch merger will be early next week, along with info on free immersive shares!
Also, its heavily shorted (around 50% per fintel) so it could really run next week...

Strong day and closed at high of day with catalyst highly likely for Monday morning - highly likely this thing rockets out the gates and goes fully parabolic Mon. If the $5B valuation is real, fair value is still around $35/share

Yep. Almost a gaurentee it rockets pm monday. Between the proxy and the sympathy play off SPRT, it can easily open double digits Monday.... just hope I have internet access with the storm lol

Ohhhh and the best part is 27% is still shorted with no shares available to short at market close friday... so they're basically trapped at this point. Those that got in early may have a 10-15 bagger....

Plummeting atm. I got in on this at $3 and am hoping it rally’s today. Still think there’s a good shot.
