Gonna have to ask my wife about Voclosporin. She's a renal nurse, but she may know nothing. Her office doesn't deal with clinical trials, far as I know.

No news. She said it's not something they'd hear much on until FDA approval. Oh well.....

What is the upside of this stock. Seriously. Are we looking at an ABBV situation? I just keep accumulating this stock at the 5 price point. I think I'm at 150 shares at this point.

I want to buy a house here 88. Hopefully this is my downpayment.

I gave a pretty detailed response a few pages ago.

2 years from now the upside is north of $30/share. It could happen immediately if bought out.

End of '17 saw $4.5
early '17 was mid $3
You think it could slip that far?
Have my finger on the trigger @5.135 might wait a little longer to see if the volume jumps, looks a little slower than trailing 5 days

I'm honestly not the guy to tell you, but I seriously doubt it gets back to the $3's. If it did, I would think something is not going well.

not comparable dates.

One was before phase 3 success, one was after.
I don't think we see extended period below $5 unless a lot of people die.

I've been holding 100 shares of GERN too. Late stage cancer drug. Up 11% on the day. $2.65. Has a $10 tag on it, in partnership with Johnson and Johnson. Hopefully they get acquired soon.

RBC Capital gave it an outperform rating today. They placed a $9 target on it.

This reminds me of TXMD in my earlier days of holding this stock. Got in around $7, rode it to $8.20, watched it crash to $3.50. Average down the whole way. Watched it get back to $7, saw my account balloon because I accumulated so many shares, then it fell again.

If anyone is looking for a spec play that has near term catalyst, TXMD may be for you. NDA decision in April, and PDUFA decision in May. If NDA passes in April then the other PDUFA comes in late 3rd/early 4th quarter. The only fear (besides rejection) is more dilution if a debt financing deal isn't secured in March. If it is, expect to see the stock rise. Earnings call on Feb. 22nd should give more insight.

Leerink Partners 7th annual conference tomorrow. The CEO, Glickman, is a partner at Leerink, and he and Celia (VP of IR) will be having a little chat.

I'll report back tomorrow (don't expect much).

I’ve been watching this stock. It’s all over the place. You could buy and sell your way to 300% profit in two weeks.

Stock value and volume have hovered around averages over the last 30 days which is a good sign leading to reporting time. Based on early reports should be an on par reporting - really looking to see how the drug is performing which is the key value driver.
