Anyone use any programs, apps, websites, etc to track their accounts?

I was looking at an app called Level. I would like having something that I can check my balances all in one place but not sure how I feel about putting all my account info on there.

Mint.com?
It's free.
I used to use Mint but now half my accounts don't link to it. Capital One doesn't, my mortgage company doesn't, and a few others.

Mint.com, though it kind of stinks with Campus Federal.
