They have begun to depreciate again, but it's not like it used to be, especially for honda/toyota.
2023 Pilots (so 2 model years ago) are selling for like 85%-90% of their original MSRP. And given the deals to be had on new pilots, a one or 2 year used Pilot is really NOT that much cheaper than buying new.
