Refinanced a jumbo at 2.875% 30 yr in early 2021. Should have taken out more cash, as it turns out.

I finished construction in April 2020 and locked in 2.875% in June. Got the best of both worlds: cheap materials then low rate.

Sitting on 2.75 on a 30 year mortgage in my forever house. Over 1.5M in equity in under 6 years. Williamson Co TN has been the best investment I’ve ever made.

Bought our home in 2019 @ 3.125; refi'd last October into a 2.875, but the bigger reason was that the property value had increased to the point of allowing us to drop the PMI.

In the process of selling my 2011 truck now and purchasing a 2019 or newer vehicle that's better for my work commute. Got a great rate on the auto loan just last week through a credit union we've only ever used for auto loans and a HELOC years ago. Haven't decided what terms I want to go with yet, but my highest rate is 2.95 @ 72 months. Goes all the way to 1.9 or so if I go shorter on the term.
