re: Any long shot stock success/failure stories?

I bought a ton of Luckin coffee when it came out they were making up their numbers in 2020. My thesis was no one rallies around a native company like the Chinese and all Chinese companies fudge their numbers but Luckin just got caught by Hindenburg. Stock went from $30s to under a dollar in a few days. I bought mine around $1-2. I made a killing selling it between $10-15 later.

Luckin is $32 currently but I was happy 10x my money.

Made 220k on CLOV pump and dump in summer of ‘21

Bought 2500 shares of AXNX at $40.

Sold it at $71 a share 85 days later.

Bought 25k shares of MEGL at $0.90/share in April this year one day before it went to almost $6/share. Sold at $5/share.

Bought 1100 shares of AMC for $4.94/share. Sold it at $19 the next day. That June it went to $70. Sad face emoji.

Bought ZOM in Dec 2020 I believe for $0.15/share. Had 25k shares. Sold it at $2.50/share in Jan 2020.

Bought GUSH at $9.50/share back in Dec 2021. Sold it in June for $60/share.

But they haven't all been good. I lost $110k in calls on TESLA last month.
Cybertruck launch flopped. It sucked.

I’ve had many wins and losses but the best win was DWAC. Bought at somewhere around $8-11 premarket. Sold day or two later at $175. Got lucky on the sale. Trading was halted around $150 or so. I put in sell orders during the halt and Schwab executed it at $175 as soon as the halt lifted. Amazing that they actually top ticked it for me. Was my best trading day ever by multiples.

That's awesome. I literally dozed of when it went public. I'd worked six 12s in a row. I was trying to stay awake to buy some but fell asleep.
