I acquired 2 weeks ago. I think it's still undervalued, will be holding for at least one year.
ETA: err, maybe not a full year. Analysts still call it a good long-term buy, but I didn't buy it for a 3 or 5 year hold. Their biggest customer is META and I'm not comfortable in their long-term growth potential.

This is a good one.
Bought at 193 4-5 months ago.
Lots of opportunities for growth and lots in the pipeline for them.
Kinda have my ear on the railroad tracks on this one being my Fiancé works for them now.

Yeah well if I had opportunity in looking at their finances I’d have probably confused myself enough not to invest.
The information I have is based off the information anyone can gather themselves.

I found them both while researching companies that support AI initiatives or have a relationship with NVDA. NVDA partners with Supermicro. Arista does networking in datacenters, including AI datacenters.

There’s another thread in here re: SMCI. Their stock was like $8 16 years ago but it’s blown up in the last year. They partner with NVDA and they produce AI solutions with NVDA OEM GPU’s. Their last earnings report was higher than expected and their stock price grew like 35% in one day. Recently some analysts this stock should be valued at up to $680 or something and it’s been on a tear.
I know a lot less about Arista… please keep the tidbits coming if you hear anything

It's up 3.8% in off-hours trading. According to 'analysts' it's at the limit of being over-valued so I am very curious what the report brings. If it bumps tomorrow morning, I may dump all of it by mid-afternoon.

I sold all of it at 272.35 a week or 2 after their earnings report. Revenue was great; earnings not so much so it dipped and I waited for it to come back up to the level it was pre-report.
I wanted that $ to be in crypto shorts. No looking back now lol

Taking a big hit Bootleg after Nvidia did last week.
At about $252 now.
Not sure what to think at this point.
Is it a good time to buy for some now it’s settled? Or will it continue to drop.

Jokes aside, was this set up to be a longer term investment or a shorter term trade? The answer to that would play heavily into how your question would/should be answered.
