Not semiconductors, but semi conductor related:
AMAT - Manufacturing equipment and software. Also builds OLED displays.
LRCX - Manufacturing equipment
TER - Makes automated semiconductor testing equipment for all of the big players
All 3 of these have been climbing this week because obviously they're in high demand as manufacturers try to scale up to meet demand.

ON semiconductor is solid as well. You really can’t go wrong with most of them. I have TSM for some overseas action. Had my eye on MU/ON
