After Hours Trading on Robinhood (AG)

I just deposited some money into Robinhood and bought some AG after hours. I had to make a limit buy which was at a 5% premium. Can after hours price increase cause my limit not to execute when the market opens or am I locked in?

Pretty sure that after hours and pre market actual trades are only allowed by the brokerage houses. We have to wait til 9:30. Would love to know that I am wrong.

It let me deposit money and set a limit buy at a 5% over market. I’m wondering if there is a scenario where the order wouldn’t execute being that I’m buying the stock at a slightly higher price than market value, as in, is it considered locked in?
Can after hours price rise above my limit buy this causing the order not to execute? I’m wondering if I need to watch it and quickly buy if the above happens.

I have a similar question on TDA in another thread
Ask is 16.56
I’ll pull the trigger now if it’s guaranteed to buy

Well with fidelity the order gets placed when it’ opens. Nothing will lock you in from my knowledge. You get whatever the open is.

Just read Robinhood let’s you trade premarket. I have no clue why they can and fidelity can’t.
