Just posting my annual comment that this board needs a verified sellers list. I do not expect this to happen, but eventually maybe it will.

It should be Veritas' Verified Sellers List.

Lol, I could get behind that.

Seriously though, many people (myself included) have been selling football tickets here for 10+ years.

You'd think we could come up with a verified sellers list. We already have a sticky for those that get scammed.

No reason there can't be a sticky for trustworthy sellers. Especially, as everything goes digital these days.

I don't sell tickets on here (or rarely do) because of the many A-holes all over TD.

I was accused of selling pass outs at the Old Box by morons on this site and they still bring it up.

That didn't happen the way everyone thinks it did. I used a ticket to use the bathroom pre-game. It was part of a group of tickets. When I sold the tickets, I gave them the pass out with the others so they could all get in.

Never ever did I sell pass out cards by themselves.

I have season tickets in baseball and football and I sell 99.9% of them for face. My baseball tickets go to the same buyer for my cost. I just got him 8 season tickets for football for my cost. He gets post season baseball at my cost. I have ordered away game football tickets for people at my cost as long as they pay in advance.

I should keep a list of all the people who are jerks on here so that they never get any tickets from me.

It's a shame that the admins refuse to give the A-holes time out for harassing other TD users.

I have 2 Ole Miss tickets I am not using. I will NOT sell them here. Chicken wanted two. Not even going to sell to him. Waiting for LSU to release the barcodes so I can list on SH or SG.

All of that being said, I hope you get your list.

Sorry to hear your story. Honestly, have no clue what a pass out card is.

I'm just looking for something as simple as a receiving party confirming they received the tickets and everything was ok and confirming that in a post. Once confirmed, it's RA'd for the seller to be recognized as a trustworthy source in a stickied thread.

This is not a marketplace and TD holds no responsibility, but providing people that are looking for tickets every fall for referred trusted sellers, seems like a no brainer to me.

Edit: Read this again

Are you saying you used a ticket you sold to get entry and then gave it to another person? If so, what did you think was going to happen to that person that had that ticket?

No. I am saying that back at the Old Box, there were no ticket scans. I used a ticket to get in to use the bathroom. The bathrooms on the corner were locked before the game. When I exited, I was given a pass out.

The ticket and pass were sold together with the other adjacent tickets so that the entire group could get in.

There was absolutely nothing illegal about that transaction.

A pass out card allowed a person at the old stadium re-entry at the Old Box.

Now at the newer baseball stadium, LSU has caught up with technology and tickets can be scanned in and out, so you can go back to your tailgate. At the old stadium, tickets were not scanned. I think they tore the barcode off.

I'd be honestly surprised if LSU has the technology to scan in and out. Every event I have been to lately seems to be pretty clear, no re-entry. Props to LSU if they have a way around that.

They absolutely, without question, scan in and out for baseball.

Also, baseball ticket staff leave after middle of 4th to 5th inning and you can go in and watch the end of the game.
